We work closely with primary and secondary schools across the area that require experienced support staff for short-term, long-term, day-to-day, and permanent opportunities. Your role may involve: - Supporting students with specific educational needs on a 1:1 basis - Assisting with whole-class learning activities - Working independently with small groups of students **Salary & Benefits** - Salary: £13.68 - £14.92 per hour - Hours: School hours (typically 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday) - Location: Haselmere, Bordon, Liss, Petersfield **What We're Looking For** We are seeking individuals who are: - Experienced: minimum 3 months of relevant experience working with children/teenagers (education, youth work, or care setting) within the last 2 years - Strong communicators: high level of English comprehension and communication skills - Professional: calm, confident, and approachable, with a positive "can do" attitude - Engaging: able to connect with students, encourage focus, and support learning - Reliable: committed, dependable, and able to use initiative in the workplace - Understanding: good awareness of classroom environments and dynamics **How to Apply** **Important Information** - Humly is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
