Our client, with a VIP residence located near Belgravia, is seeking an organised and proactive Head Housekeeper to join their team by mid-September.

You will be supported by the part time Housekeeper and Handyman to ensure high standards are kept and the house is ready for any visits.

This is a luxury property in Belgravia. As a secondary residence, the family tend to visit up to 1 month at a time.

There are 2 principals, no children or pets.

**Duties to include (but not limited to)**:

- Keep standards high and maintain the property
- Prep house ready for visits
- Ensure the fridge and cupboards are fully stocked when needed
- Taking care of fine furniture
- Flower arranging and Orchid care
- Host the contractor when the Handyman is busy
- Ensure area/surfaces around contractors are covered/protected
- Inventories
- General Housekeeping duties (laundry and ironing are only carried out after each visit, bed linen, towels)
- Yacht experience
- Great eye for detail
- Team player
- Proactive
- Able to follow instructions
- Great attitude and happy to help
- Easy-going
- Calm nature

**Days**:Monday-Friday
**Hours**: 8am-4pm
**Location**: Belgravia
**Salary**: £37,000 GPA
