Jewson Partnerships Solutions (JPS) is a brand within Saint-Gobain which specialises in providing solutions for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. From our dedicated distribution hub and service centrelocated Dudley, we are delivering a fantastic supply solution for Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council with a wide range of building maintenance materials including plumbing, heating, electrical, glass and ironmongery.

**As a Contract Manager with Jewson Partnership Solutions, you will**:

- Implement and deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong effective relationships with our client and suppliers.
- Monitor KPIs for the branch and look for new ways to innovate and ensure the availability of material stock at the branch to meet customer needs.
- Manage core stock levels appropriately through stock reports and analysis to ensure customer orders through a pre agreed catalogue are met in full.
- Be part of the store management team supporting the Store Manager in regular meetings and also be a key holder.

**So if you**
- Have a strong background in construction/building material management and supply, from a trade environment or potentially retail such as Wickes or B&Q.
- Can demonstrate stock control skills using systems such as excel.
- Have excellent communication skills and an ability to coordinate stock ordering with colleagues.
- An ability to work with energy and urgency with good attention to detail.
- Are resilient by nature and confident in customer interaction.
- Not essential but experience of working with public sector organisations would be an advantage.
