**Job Title**:General Operative

**Reporting To**:Operations Supervisor

**Salary**:£10.75 per hour

**Your role**:
As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a General Operative to join our reconditioned business.

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, this role will be responsible for the accurate restoration of pallets working to detailed specifications, and the sortation of pallets into specific types.

You will work effectively as part of a team to maintain high levels of output during each shift, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times.

As a General Operative you will demonstrate effective communications and attention to detail. You will strive to constantly meet order demands whilst improving efficiencies and drive down waste.

Our sustainable pallet solutions include a range of new, bespoke or standard pallets, reconditioned pallets and a pallet recovery, repair and reuse service. We work collaboratively with our customers to promote circular economy principles in the use of timber packaging and pallets and to deliver the best solution for their needs.
