**Role Overview**:
As Stores Coordinator, you will assist with the control, receipt, issue and storage of all spare parts, materials and equipment in the warehouse and yard areas. Ensure all shipments leaving the facility are in line with procedures and defined requirements. Cycle count on a monthly basis to ensure stock accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Control the flow of stock movements, picking and packing parts from inventory for all departments in a timely manner
- Create delivery notes
- Carry out Pre Delivery Inspections
- Carry out counting and checking of goods supplied as per Purchase Order
- Use Microsoft Dynamics AX12 system to receive goods and control the movement of material within the stores
- To create/assign and control new inventory locations in AX system
- Carry out monthly stocktaking with a focus on cycle counting and liaise with customers to identify any stock issues and resolve any problems or concerns.
- Carry out organisation and control of warehouse operations
- Ensure the control and ordering of consumable materials
- Carry out Reporting as finished Work Orders
- Ensure Sales Orders are completed for dispatch
- Carry out weekly inspections of forklift and Company Van
- Carry out band saw operative duties
- Carry out forklift operations, driving Company Vehicle, and Overhead Crane Operative duties as required
- Maintain the of cleanliness of stores and yard area (small maintenance tasks)
- Conduct and participate in daily Toolbox Talks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, office and workshop personnel

**Experience**

- Previous experience in a stores environment
- Experience and ability to work under pressure
- Good Organisational Skills
- Demonstrated Stock control experience
- Experience of Microsoft Packages

**Desirable**
***:

- AX
- or similar system experience
- Experience within Oil and Gas industry
