**Category Product Support**

We're looking for a self-motivated, ambitious naturally inquisitive Internal support person to help grow our Exclusive Brand Osily HVAC Category

**As **Category Product Support your** **responsibilities will include**:

- Pro -Active customer engagement
- Researching the Market place to help generate new business and develop new products
- Ecommerce collaboration
- Working with the Category Manager to provide sales support, customer care and feedback
- Assisting with Admin/Promotions/Pricing data
**What we are looking for**
- Ideally some previous experience in internal sales
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with suppliers & Branch network over the phone
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and IT
- Engaging and ambitious personality
- These are technical products, so an understanding of the electrical distribution market would be necessary
