Senior Operations Associate

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Location: South West London
Type of Role: Full-time, permanent

Our client:
A highly prestigious real estate company with offices across the South West of London. They are a well-known boutique estate agency who have built their business from the ground up and are continuing their growth into future.
As a Senior Operations Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, compliance and administration for the business. You will be working closely with the owners, HR department, and the branch managers. You will also provide executive assistantsupport to the founder. This role is a highly instrumental to the company and you will be supporting the other junior administrators across the business to ensure that processes stay uniform and align with the current legislation.
The client is looking for someone with 2 years + experience office manager, EA or ops working within residential real estate.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide key executive support to the founder of the company
- Day-to-day operations, compliance, and administrative support across the business
- Maintaining office and car insurance policies, ensuring they are processed correctly
- Proactively respond to company IT issues and report them to the provider in a timely manner
- Be responsible for managing and renewing regulation licenses, such as ARLA, MNAEA, CMP, etc.
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the business
**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years' experience in an Office Manager, EA, or Operations role within residential real estate
- Other property experience beneficial but not essential
- Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
