Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30 with 1 hour for lunch

**Salary**:£18,750 - £19,750 dependent upon experience

**Description**

Working as a member of a fast paced and growing Finance Department, reporting to the Lifecycle Team Leader, the role would include:

- Supporting in the preparation of financial information to clients
- Generating MI for clients
- Chasing and logging Purchase Orders
- Chasing outstanding Timesheets
- Entering contractual information onto finance systems
- Generating internal reports to maintain system accuracy
- Communicating with other areas of the Finance Department
- Assisting in associated functions across the Finance Department

Working within the Contractor Lifecycle Team you will need to demonstrate:

- Competence to work accurately and methodically
- Capacity to work to deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a Team to prioritise workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues
