Mad Squirrel is one of the UK's most innovative and progressive microbreweries in the Southeast of England and we are looking for a bright, hardworking individual who has ambitions to be a fully qualified brewer. We are offering a full apprenticeship at a competitive salary with training both on the job and at Nottingham University. **Apprenticeship summary** **Working week** Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00 or 10.00 - 18.00. Time table can change depending on brewing activity. On the second year of the apprenticeship, occasional brewery checks at the weekend are required, this is actioned on a shared Rota basis.
