The Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy teams at London North-West University Healthcare NHS Trust are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Therapy Assistant Practitioner to deliver high quality rehabilitation to their patients.

We are looking for an experienced, caring person to work within our existing therapy team providing a high standard of care as part of the inpatient Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy service.

As a Therapy Assistant Practitioner you will provide clinical assessment and treatments under the supervision of qualified staff, be responsible for assisting in the triaging, prioritisation, and new patient assessments, review of equipment and care needs, delivery of rehabilitation programmes and discharge planning for your patients.

The post holder will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team in an acute in-patient ward at either Northwick Park Hospital, Central Middlesex Hospital or Ealing Hospital as the service requires, and may rotate between sites.
