THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an additional Property Finance Solicitor to join this leading law firm in London. The successful Property Finance Solicitor will be responsible for advising on a wide range of property finance including property andacquisition finance and has a client base covering a full range of financial institutions, private equity investors, corporate borrowers and individuals.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Property Finance Solicitor or Banking Lawyers with some exposure to Property Finance with between NQ-8 years’ PQE gained with another leading law firm. You will have sound banking experience and be able to work on your initiativeto assist the busy property finance team of this respected firm. It is essential that the appointed Property Finance Solicitor has exceptional inter-personal and communication skills and works well under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be given theopportunity to develop existing client relationships with the support to help you develop your experience and career.
