CNC Machinist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
- Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure proper operation
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

**Skills**:

- Strong mathematical skills, including basic math calculations and measurements
- Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring instruments
- Knowledge of tooling and machining techniques
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations
- Experience with milling, welding, and assembly processes
- Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks
- Knowledge of plastics injection molding is a plus
