We are seeking a Survey Coordinator to join our team in Barlborough.

As a Survey Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient scheduling of surveys for our surveyors and optimising their daily routes. You will assist our team with logging insurance claims and managing the claims to the point of approval.

Working in our busy Insurance Repair and Renovation department you will be part of a highly motivated team of individuals providing a first class service to our new and existing customer base.

Key responsibilities:
Processing new claim instructions.
- Liaise with clients and policyholders.
- Optimising diaries and travel routes.
- Ensuring SLA compliance.
- Organise and maintain survey data, ensuring accuracy for reporting and analysis.

Personal specification:

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
