We are currently recruiting for a HR manager to lead the HR and Payroll function, taking responsibility for all aspects of the site ‘People Plan’, and working with the site manager to implement changes identified. Office hours (Monday

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £47,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday pay (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and employees - ensuring a current knowledge of employee legislation and employee relations issues is maintained to ensure the business area remains compliant and risk is mitigated.Take the leadon complex ER issues
- Responsible for all elements of payroll and Time and Attendance
- Build and drive the People plan to support an overall business plan, developing the employee relations agenda
- Facilitating harmonious employee relations with the site teams and respective Trade Union representatives to ensure optimum working efficiency within the operation
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Experienced HR Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to demonstrate working in a site leadership role with multiple stakeholders
- Have solid employment law knowledge and strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching and motivational skills
- Practiced in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements
