I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant to join one of the fastest growing international ecommerce businesses based in Solihull (remote working on offer), on an interim basis (potential permanent after 3-6 months).
Due to the rapid expansion within the business they require a highly competent Senior Management Accountant to join the business within the MI Team. Although you will be looking after the MI function within a team of 7, you will also be looking for waysin which the business can improve efficiencies within the division, looking to utilise the companies system after recent backing from a PE house set for further growth.
A great opportunity to make a tangible impact on the performance of the business (via effective relationships with budget holders and insightful commercial recommendations based on your analysis of key financial factors).
Ideally, you will:
- Be an established interim with demonstrable experience of producing management accounts / reports / analysis in a commercial environment;
- Have a strong background as a management accountant, allowing you to efficiently improve reporting / processes and make intelligent and meaningful recommendations
- Have exposure to providing financial support to non-finance people, with proven experience of provision of insightful and detailed finance analysis;
- Have excellent attention to detail, exceptional communication skills and a strong personality (the ability to influence / control internal and external people to maintain workflow and gain required information to meet deadlines is an essential part of therole).
