Housekeeping Supervisor

**The Role**:

- Assist the housekeeping manager with the management of the housekeeping team, ensuring the smooth running of all housekeeping operations
- Carry out bedroom checks, ensuring that work carried out by the room attendants is completed efficiently and to the agreed standard
- Clean guest’s bedrooms and bathrooms
- Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities
- Assist with the management of all aspects of the linen room ensuring all standards including quality control, storage and issuing are maintained, and damaged/faulty linen is recorded
- Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance work is completed to a satisfactory standard, and in a timely fashion
- To ensure that the security of the department, guest bedrooms, and storage areas are maintained at all times
- Carry out any additional duties required by the Housekeeping Manager.

**The Person**:

- No qualifications necessary, however a basic understanding of Maths and English is required
- Strong customer service skills, an attention to detail and good communication skills are vital
- Must be smart and well presented
- Ability to work well as a member of the team and hotel family
- Committed to professional excellence.
