**Order Pickers / Goods In Operatives - Hyde**
- £11.61 an hour
- Overtime on Saturdays is paid at time and a half
- Overtime on Sundays is paid at double time

**Hours**:

- Monday - Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00 (1x10 min break, 1 x 20 min break & 1 x 30 min lunch)
- Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 (1 x 20 min break & 1 x 30 min lunch)
- Breaks are unpaid

**The role of Order Pickers / Goods In Operatives**:
**Goods-In Operative**:

- Unloading containers and other vehicles by hand
- Checking off deliveries against delivery notes, doing spot checks on boxes
- Putting stock into backup locations
- Replenishing pick faces of stock from deliveries
- Involves a lot of walking, lifting, and using steps (up to heights of 6-8 ft, box weights can vary from 5kg to 30kg)
- General housekeeping and loading of vehicles
- Must be able to work weekend overtime during busy periods

**Order Picker**:

- Picking orders from pick sheets (products in numerical order)
- Orders range from 1 piece to several 1000 pieces
- Involves a lot of walking, lifting, and using steps (box weights vary from 5kg to 25kg, up to heights of 6-8 ft)
- General housekeeping and unloading/loading of vehicles
