About the Role
The ESG Coordinator is the glue to our ESG team, supporting with all administrative aspects and partnering with the group to execute on the ESG strategy.
Education
A1 level with some professional qualification
Experience
From 5 to 10 years of related working experience.
Domains
Key Responsibilities
01. Owns calendar management of ESG team including; meeting scheduling, meeting notes, following up on outstanding actions and coordinating offsites.
02. Creates presentation materials supporting the Head of ESG, ESG Center of Excellence team, Head of Philanthropy, Head of Environment, and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
03. Manages ESG budget including; annual quarterly tracking/reporting and the ESG team planned payments.
04. Manages ESG team travel and expenses.
05. With guidance from ESG team, update internal and external communication channels as needed.
05. Contribute to well-defined smaller projects overseen by ESG team members.
