As a HR Generalist you will be responsible for:

- On-boarding and training new starters
- Off-boarding
- Contracts and offers letters
- Employee Relations cases
- Assisting with the development and implentation of HR policies
- Maintaining employee files and records

**Profile**

The successful HR Generalist will:

- Have previous HR generalist experience
- Experience with Compensation and Benefits
- Have up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
- Experience leading Employee Relations cases
- Be able to organise their workload
- CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred
