You will play a vital role in ensuring that the day to day operations of the business run smoothly. They will be responsible for ensuring that effective methods are carried out so that the company runs to its maximum productivity.

The job holder will be expected to harness a working environment which encourages team work, energy and creativity. To achieve this, they should have strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Loading and offloading the vans;
- Forklift operating;
- Having the relevant forklift licenses up to date and making sure DLS has a copy at all times;
- Organizing the shelves and palletized products;
- Picking, packing and carrying the goods;
- Any damages must be notified to the Warehouse Manager;
- Stock Taking Responsibilities:

- Stock rotation when restocking the warehouse;
- Accompany and assist drivers with deliveries;
- Manage and deliver timely, accurate and reliable information in accordance with agreed reporting structures;
- Keeping the area clean and tidy at all times;
- Documentation handling and taking ownership to make sure goods and paperwork tally;
- Health & Safety Compliance;
- Meeting company expectations and adhering to company policies;
- Actively aim to meet objectives which support the companies mission, objectives and core values;
- Workproactively with colleagues across the company and report any issues that need resolving to your Manager;
- Carry out duties within the general scope of the post, which may be assigned from time to time;
- Adhere to Health & Safety at all times;
