This is a fantastic opportunity with one of the leading consultancies in environmental design and one of my favourite clients. Working on high-profile projects across the EMEA, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team who are at the forefront of sustainable innovation.

Our client is seeking an Associate Environmental Designer to join our team of innovative and passionate designers. As an Associate Environmental Designer, you will provide consultancy for environmental design, sustainability benchmarking/implementation, building energy optimization, daylight & shading design, sustainable systems, materials, waste and building physics. You will be responsible for leading and maintaining a range of projects for internal teams and/or providing specialist knowledge to other projects/teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide consultancy for environmental design, sustainability benchmarking/implementation, building energy optimization, daylight & shading design, sustainable systems, materials, waste and building physics.
- Lead and maintain a range of projects for internal teams and/or provide specialist knowledge to other projects/teams.
- Act as a client point of contact and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that project objectives are met within budget and time constraints.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Attend and present at meetings and conferences to share knowledge and promote our client's services.
- Develop proposals, estimates, and project timelines.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of environmental design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Design, Sustainable Architecture, Building Physics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of environmental design, sustainability benchmarking/implementation, building energy optimization, daylight & shading design, sustainable systems, materials, waste and building physics.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite.
