We are a reputable local developer specialising in high-quality, new build homes in the Bournemouth and Poole area. We're currently seeking a full-time Semi-Skilled Labourer to join our busy and dynamic team.

**About the Role**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience across all aspects of the construction process. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, working alongside skilled tradespeople and contributing to the creation of exceptional homes.

**Responsibilities**:

- **General Site Maintenance**: Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tidying, clearing, and site organization.
- **Groundworks and Landscaping**: Assisting with ground preparation, levelling, and basic groundwork tasks.
- **Manual Handling**: Safely moving and handling construction materials.
- **Trade Assistance**: Providing support to various trades, including groundworkers, carpenters, and other specialists.
- **General Labouring Duties**: Assisting with a range of tasks as required.
- **Proactive Work Ethic**: Working independently and using your initiative while also collaborating effectively with the team.

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Driving Licence and Own Transport**: Essential for traveling to various sites in the Bournemouth and Poole area.
- **Reliability and Punctuality**: Demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to timekeeping.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors.
- **Willingness to Learn**: A genuine desire to learn new skills and progress within the company.
- **Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team**: Balancing individual tasks with collaborative efforts.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Previous site experience is preferred, but not essential.
