**Project Administrator**
**Full-time position**
**Based in Penicuik**
**2 month contract, potential for extension**
**Up to £12 hourly plus holiday pay**
Search Consultancy are currently working with an established client based in Penicuik to hire a Project Support Officer to provide administrative support to their project management team on a temporary basis.
**Duties involved in this role will include**:

- Maintaining and filing documentation for project in compliance with company procedures
- Document preparation
- Collating data and reporting on project resource usage and performance indicators
- Liaising and coordinating with project stakeholders
- Scheduling and taking minutes for project meetings
- Supporting with risk and issue management
- General administrative tasks as required
**In order to be considered for this position your skills and experience should include**:

- Prior experience as an administrator - this is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Competent IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
