Associate Mechanical Engineer

London, United Kingdom Progressive Full time

You'd love to take your career in Data Centres to the next level, but how to do it?

Large companies can be stifling and you don't want to stagnate.

Small businesses can offer great experiences, but who wants the risk of instability and messy processes.

But what if you could have the acceleration to your career and the dynamic culture which a start-up can provide, without any of the downsides?

You would be joining a business who have $5bn turnover globally, but only started their long-term investment in the UK 5 years ago. They're now at 26 people in the London office and have seen similar growth figures in their other UK offices, whilst stillmaintaining a small-business culture.

The ambition is to scale their UK business to the same heights as they've reached in the US, so this is a unique opportunity to get in at the early stages of something huge. As you'd be part of an employee-owned business you'll reap the rewards of this.

As the #2 Data Centre Engineering company worldwide, this is the place to be to develop yourself to new heights in the sector. And it's always a good sign when they've been named one of the best Consultancies to work for in the UK.

For the Associate/ Lead role, as well as the technical expertise you'll be expected to manage a larger team (inclusive of senior engineers). You'll also be client-facing in this role, so able to deal directly with the people whose projects you're deliveringon as well as getting stuck into various projects.

You'd be based out of their London office near Liverpool Street station for three days a week, with 2 days working from home and flexibility on your start and finish times.

If you're an experienced mechanical engineer or manager working on Data Centre projects or other mission critical projects then this is your opportunity to be part of a team filled with entrepreneurial spirit, where you'll make a measurable impact on thebusiness and projects.

Relocation assistance is available if you're not living in the South East
