**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced (1 year minimum) cleaner to join Perfectly Sparkle A driving licence is a must or a job share will be required with a car driver. The houses are all located in Stafford Town.

THIS IS A SELF EMPLOYED ROLE

**Duties**
- Clean the communal areas of shared houses and the occasional end of tenancy clean.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, or vacuumed as required.
- Clean kitchen appliances
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Must have your own cleaning supplies (hoover and mop provided in most houses). An additional payment will be provided every month to purchase supplies.
- Test fire alarms
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.

**Experience**
- Previous experience (1 year minimum) in a cleaning role a must.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- A valid driving licence is a must (see above re: job share)
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 12 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Weekend availability
