**Chartered Financial Planner - Coventry/ Flexible working - Salary to £90,000 plus benefits and Bonus**

MBF are currently working with a well established, boutique Wealth Management organisation who are seeking an additional, experienced financial planner to join the team.

The company specialise in providing Financial Planning & Investment Management services to HNW individuals, trusts, directors, charities etc. They are known for providing a first class service to their clients and they have a well qualified and experiencedteam who are dedicated to doing this. They have ambitions to grow the business and this is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of it.

This is very much an employed role, with the Financial Planner very much part of the team focused on the best interests of the company. The business model does not operate on sales or commission structures, as they feel this drives the wrong behaviours.Because of their decision to pay good salaries and not worry about sales incentives, this provides the freedom to Advisors to turn down business if it does not align with the company's values and for them to pass clients around different advisers if they area better fit, without worrying about who takes credit for the good work and without it affecting anyone's renumeration.

Ideally, the person will have experience and a well rounded knowledge of all areas of Financial Planning other than the group market (which they do not operate in). In essence we are not looking for someone who just wants to run solo but for someone whowants to be part of the team and company and who prefers that way of working. It would also be desirable if they have a wider interest in the industry and their business.

**Requirements**:

- They would like someone who is a self-starter and is confident networking with professional introducers and obtaining personal referrals.
- It would be great if they already have an existing network of contacts themselves.
- It would also be preferable if they could bring some clients with them after they had honoured their contractual obligations.
- They won't need to be fully self-sufficient; this company are an expanding business both organically and via acquisition, so the successful Advisor can expect to be passed referrals/enquiries from day one
- Equally some of their existing advisers will be considering retirement in the next year or so. Consequently, they may also inherit some further clients in due course.

On offer:

- Discretionary bonus of up to 10% of salary
- Flexible working - Advisors should be in the office at least once a week to go through cases with their support team, plus partake in office discussions / meetings to build a team culture. Thereafter, they are happy to be flexible throughout the week, asthe Advisor will be provided with a laptop/screens to work remotely (being present more than once a week in the office would be welcomed).
- Employee benefits include 8% employer pension contribution, 50% income protection, 4 x DIS and individual PMI
- Holidays are 25 plus bank holidays, and you can purchase an additional 10 days holiday through salary sacrifice.
- They also support training and pay for any exams, study text etc and give study days for exams.
