**Dispatch Coordinator**

Malton, North Yorkshire

Pro-Pak Foods is a major supplier of delicious ready meals to many of the UK’s leading supermarkets and convenience stores. Our chefs, working with our customers, have created a menu of more than 200 quality meals.

We have a position for an experienced coordinator to support the Dispatch department in the efficient and accurate processing of all customer sales orders and transport bookings.

**Role responsibilities include**:

- Reporting department metrics, KPIs and performance-level checks
- Supporting Dispatch and Planning with daily tasks
- Managing deliveries or delays and recover signed PODs back to customers
- Setting and managing service levels
- Ensuring all functional processes and procedures are appropriately controlled
- Ensuring effective communication is maintained with personnel within the group and, where applicable, third-party contractors
- Resolving complex and integrated problems.

**Skills and experience**:

- Creating sales orders and processing orders manually, using SAGE or EDI integration
- Previous experience within an FMCG/transport environment but not essential
- Microsoft Office skills
- Good analytical and organisational capabilities.

**What we can offer you**:

- £23,000 - £24,000 salary
- Core hours 4 on-4 off (6am-6pm)
