**About this role**

You must be able to provide support to service users, in their own homes by assisting with:

- Outings, activities, and social engagement
- Grocery shopping and meal preparation
- Personal care requirements showering, grooming, or getting ready for the day
- Light household cleaning
- Reliable
- Flexible approach
- Laid back and easy going
- Calm
- Kind and supportive
- Patient
- Good active listening skills
- A sense of fun

**Responsibilities include**:

- supporting 3 adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical support needs.
- Supporting with personal care needs
- Providing emotional support to the adults
- Meal preparation
- Developing independence and daily life skills
- Completing paperwork relevant to the individuals
- Using a personal centered approach to provide a high quality service of care.
- Supporting individuals to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond.

**Salary**: £10.26 per hour
