Legal Advisor

**Duties**
- Manage a caseload of motorbike, moped and e scooter Fast Track MOJ cases from cradle to grave.
- Manage a caseload of part 7 and part 8 cases.
- Proactively litigate and generate fee income from claims.
- Assess liability and quantum.
- Review medical reports and other evidence received.
- Research and maintain appropriate case law.
- Drafting scheduled of special damages.
- Assess suitability awards for compensation.
- Support clients with settlements providing advice on litigation and costs.
- Liaise with all relevant parties effectively and professionally.
- Attend court hearings where appropriate.
- Achieve all targets set.
- Any other ad hoc duty.

**Experience**:

- Must have experience handling bike claims OR own/ride a motorbike and have experience handling RTA claims.
- Experience managing RTA claims.
- Excellent litigator.
- Experience using case management system.
