Salary ranging from £35 - £42K per year + overtime. - Can accommodate both PAYE & self employed. - SEND CV VIA INDEED TO BE CONSIDERED - MONDYA TO FRIDAY 7.00am to 16.15pm & Early finish Friday **Job Summary** **Responsibilities** - Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. - Assist in the fabrication of materials for various construction projects. - Support carpentry tasks including building frameworks and structures. - Engage in roofing activities, ensuring proper installation and maintenance. - Perform plastering duties to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing. - Carry out painting tasks to enhance the aesthetics of completed projects. - Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements. - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety protocols. **Experience** - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. - Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is essential. - Ability to read schematics and follow instructions accurately. - Experience in carpentry, roofing, plastering, or painting is advantageous. - Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as required. - A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques in the trade.
