**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the hotel.
- Maintain records of room assignments, staff schedules, and performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in housekeeping operations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.

Pay: £13.00 per hour
