Junior Videographer

Ninehundred Communications Group are looking to increase their marketing activities and are looking to recruit a Videographer & Graphic Designer based in Doncaster.

The Group has been trading for over 43 years, is continually expanding, forever adding to their product set so need a creative person to join the team to ensure that they continue to raise awareness to the potential markets across the UK.

About the role:
Working within the marketing team, you would be responsible for producing high quality videos for both external and internal communications. Working with external companies to produce case studies but producing internal training videos, product promotional videos and other campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the team to agree priority video and photographic content
- Filming video and shooting photography content across our different sectors
- Editing, grading and sound-mixing video and photographic content for use on our website, social media channels, client case studies, advertising campaigns and internal communications
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Managing the production of marketing materials; including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, videos, case studies, exhibitions, Mailers, and presentations
- Maintain and report on effective marketing communications and how they are received
- Help managing the production of marketing materials; including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, exhibitions, and presentations
- Market research of the wider industry and keep ahead of competitor trends
- Cultivating strong and beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders
- In-house photography, videography, print and digital.
- Handing social media accounts
- Contributing to creating strong marketing campaigns.

Job requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 2-4 years of experience in design-based field (Graphic Design/ Videography preferred
- Proficient using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premier Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
- Demonstrable marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills: the ability to express yourself verbally and in writing
- Experience in managing multiple projects and organising your work in accordance with priority

Package
- Permanent Full Time position located in Doncaster
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm with an hour for lunch
- 20 days’ holiday plus statutory, rising to 25 days
- Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 DOE
