The Harrogate Vet opened 6 years ago with a dream to provide individual and exceptional care to our patients and their owners, we have been growing ever since.

We pride ourselves on our high clinical standards and equally high standards of customer service and are looking for a Client Care Advisor to join our team

In addition to our original site on Leeds road, we have recently opened a brand new, state of the art clinic and launched a 24 hour emergency service for our patients.

Providing an exceptional experience to our clients is a priority for us, and we are looking for somebody with a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service.

The role will involve providing support for our current client care team with:

- patient registrations
- scanning and uploading patient documentation
- managing outstanding balances
- administration of insurance claims
- administration of our Pet Health scheme
- Assisting with patient referrals

Face-to-face Customer Service Assistance will also be a significant part of the role.

We are looking for somebody who has a friendly and approachable demeanor with our clients, whilst also providing them with efficient and timely service.

Each of these roles will be approximately 25-30 hours per week, and will include an equal share of Saturday work (1 weekend every 4-6 weeks).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
