**£130,000 - 150,000**

**THE COMPANY**:
Harnham has been exclusively retained to find an ambitious Head of Data to pilot a data strategy at an established property development company. The company acquires lands, builds properties, and leads its own sales and marketing initiatives. The Head ofData will be responsible for building relationships with C-suite to promote data literacy and will have ownership of the BI function.

**THE ROLE**:
As the Head of Data, you will report directly to the CFO and will be focused on designing and implementing data/BI strategy to will promote data literacy across the business. You will scope out requirements from senior stakeholders, build a data team andoptimise the infrastructure hosted in Azure.

You will:

- Build relationships and gather requirements from C-suite
- Conduct exploratory analysis of the Azure platform to provide recommendations to improve data ingestion capabilities
- Design and implement a data strategy
- Optimise ETL pipelines
- Add a reporting layer, likely to be in Power BI
- Build a data team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- SQL
- Azure (ideal)
- Experience in professional services, property management or consultative services
- Experience working within a greenfield environment
- Active engagement with C-suite and board members
- Knowledge of BI and MI tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)
- Experience developing and implementing a data strategy
