- Aid in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of supplies.
- Support skilled tradespeople in various tasks where needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the site is free of debris and hazards.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and fellow team members.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to proper usage guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment to ensure their longevity and functionality.
- Assist in various construction tasks, which may include digging, trenching, concrete pouring, and other physically demanding activities.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
