**Bid & Proposal Coordinator - Hybrid working** **Competitive salary + great benefits**??????? We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our bid team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the proposal, tender and bid process, coordinating meetings across key internal stakeholders and collating documentation to ensurebids and proposals are submitted to prospective customers in a timely manner and in line with deadlines. This is a hybrid working role with the opportunity to work at home 2 days a week with 3 days spent supporting the team in the Ashford office. Key responsibilities: - Coordinate and track bid activities in conjunction with the Account Managers - Enter new opportunities in the pipeline database, updating where necessary - Organise kick off meetings and gate reviews - Coordinate inputs and collate documents for bid submissions - Monitor portals and download documents where necessary - Portal tender response allocation, hastening (where necessary), collation, and submission - Adhere to bid governance processes - Monitor and manage the Bid Team mail box - Support Bid Manager and Head of Bids as required??????? You’ll have amazing organisational and prioritisation skills in order to support multiple bid and tender processes simultaneously. This is a deadline driven role which requires the business to meet key timelines by prospective customers which sometimes requiresa flexible approach to working hours. You will have strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail, and you will build good working relationships with internal colleagues in order to coordinate the required activities within your role suchas organising meetings. You’ll be confident using different software packages including Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint to a good level. You will be customer centric and have exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills to ensure all campaigns are executed to a highstandard.
