We are seeking an Early Years Practitioner. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.

Nursery is located in SW13 area

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum effectively.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and management to ensure the well-being of each child.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supervising children during daily activities.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Support the Senior Management Team in achieving nursery objectives.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification in Early Childhood Educator Level 3 or relevant field.
- Previous experience working with young children.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
- Passion for childcare and creating a nurturing environment for children.
- Proactive approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.

salary is dependant on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
