As a Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with prescriptions in our pharmacy This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service at the counter
- Ensure shop items are properly stocked and displayed at the counter
- Handle cash transactions and provide customers with accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area
- Follow all pharmacy counter guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
