**Hours available**: Full and Part Time Hours Available

**Shift Pattern**: 12 hours shifts on a 2 week rolling rota

Autograph Care is a leading provider of residential and dementia care services in Yorkshire and the East Midlands. Each Autograph home has a reputation for quality in everything they do, with an emphasis on providing person-centred and compassionate care in luxurious but homely environments.

We are a private Health Care provider looking for experienced Care Assistants to join our residential home in Horbury, Wakefield, providing the very best care for elderly residents.

Care assistants will work on a 2-week rolling rota including weekends, and flexibility is required to support the needs of our residents.

**As a Care Assistant you will**
- Deliver the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans.
- Help our residents with all aspects of day-to-day life, as well as making sure they can enjoy leisure and social activities.
- Ensure that the overall happiness and well being of our residents by getting to know them and their families and providing them with emotional support and company.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of a care setting and the needs of elderly people.
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment.
- Experience of working in a care environment, ideally in a residential setting.
- Experience of delivering hands on care.
- Care Level 2 Diploma is desirable but not essential.
