**Job description**:
Our Sensitivity Review Service (SRS) is growing fast. Our customer base for digital review is expanding rapidly, and when you join us it’ll be your job to take this growth to the next level by identifying new opportunities for diversification, landing new customers and delivering target revenues. Coordinating, coaching and driving the high performing team to even greater heights, you’ll develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and hold our technical partners to account for the quality of their service and delivery.

But your work won’t stop here - we’ll also expect you to ensure that future SRS strategy is matched by the appropriate human and financial resources. Skilled at the management and delegation of your responsibilities, you’ll have the authority to undertake process and business changes in response to customer feedback. And as a champion of our commitment to continuous improvement, you’ll be a key mover in the transition of the SRS team to a multi-customer service environment.
