The North Kerrier Community Nursing Team are looking to recruit an administrator to triage the weekend referrals for Redruth and Camborne community nursing teams based at Camborne Health Office

The nursing team is dynamic and fast moving covering an extensive area, working with many disciplines within the PCN area which requires organisation and coordination.

The successful applicant will need to be a resilient problem solver and at times work in a pressured environment. The role will involve taking referrals from an electronic system and the LPOA. Documenting accurately onto electronic records, coordinating and communicating the referrals to the community nursing team is essential

A good sense of humour and professional attitude is essential to support our friendly teams
- To support the Community Nursing Team and other clinical teams with all aspects of administrative duties. To act as the first point of contact for communications between patients, visitors and health professionals (both internal / external).

To provide administrative functions within a Community Nursing team. Stock control and
management.
