**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety protocols, including HACCP guidelines, to maintain product quality.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of food items according to established recipes and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area, ensuring all equipment is cleaned and sanitised as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Report any mechanical issues or discrepancies in production processes to supervisors promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles and food safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Strong basic maths skills for measuring ingredients and conducting quality checks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the workplace.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the production schedule.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £11.44-£18.63 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
