**Concrete Block Production Operative**

Join our dynamic and friendly team in a rewarding role at the heart of our concrete block production operation

As a Concrete Block Production Operative, you'll be involved in the complete production process, including:

- Setting up and assembling concrete block moulds
- Pouring, raking, casting, and carefully demoulding concrete blocks
- Dismantling and preparing moulds for reuse

Full training on machinery operation will be provided to ensure you have all the skills needed to succeed.

Machine maintenance is a vital part of this role. You will perform daily checks, routine cleaning, maintenance, and the greasing and oiling of machines and moulds to keep our operation running smoothly.

**Pay and Benefits**:

- £13 per hour
- Additional bonus of £1 per block produced, typically equating to £90 to £150 extra per week

**Essential Skills**:

- Valid Forklift Licence
- Experience or willingness to learn additional machinery operation
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting and manual tasks comfortably

**About the Environment**: This is an outdoor position, working in all weather conditions. The site environment can be muddy during wet weather and dusty when dry. We provide full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and support a safety-first workplace.

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (with a one-hour unpaid break)
- Saturdays on a rota basis (approximately once per month)
