Support the Contract Quality Assurance Manager to deliver the contracted requirements through planning, monitoring and reporting;
- Support the contract Quality Assuramnce Manager drive the delivery of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction;
- Develop positive relationships with all internal stakeholders and the client
- Update and support the management the assurance programme ensuring that all deliverables are met
- Track all Corrective actions for the Cntract Quality Assurance manager and notify colleagues prior to becoming overdue.
- Take the minutes of meetings when required and record and manage actions
- Support the lead auditor with booking in audits internally and externally
- Be accountable for the timely delivery of all quality data and metrics reporting including trending / performance anaylsis in relation to the contract
- Prepare written reports of the results of the audits and presents the results to management for adoption
- Work closely with the client in order to select assets for assurance monthly and communicate these to the site teams for completion
- Manage and record all corrective actions from audits for the contract, providing analysis and reporting monthly

**Person Specification**
- Qualified Lead Auditor ; (9001:2015)
- Evidence of continual professional development;
- 2-3years + industrial experience in QMS.
- Self motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initative
- Excellent consultative, listening, communication and analytical skills;
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
