The successful applicant will be expected to carry out the following;
To assist and support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the day to day running of the Food Service Areas and Bars and to ensure a consistently high level of service and agreed standards offered to the guests.

To properly close and open the business as and when required, key and cash safety.

To ensure that high standards of cleanliness and brand service are achieved in all areas.

To understand the impact of effective cost control while undertaking the role.

To ensure a good level of product and local knowledge for guests when requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
