Are you an organised and experienced administrator looking for a rewarding career in Health Care with a vibrant and award-winning Company? Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for an experienced Rota Administrator to complete rota and other administration tasks at South Africa Lodge. South Africa Lodge provides high quality services to 99 residents across 6 specialised units requiring effective, varying complex care as well as providing a comfortable and safe environment.

**Hours of work**

09.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

**What you will be doing as a Rota Administrator**
- Starting work communicating with management on rota changes to ensure the service is appropriately staffed at all times and raise any concerns
- You must be methodical, calm and solution focused with a real focus on attention to detail for this role
- Your role will include liaising with staff and agencies to ensure gaps in staffing are filled with the right skill mix
- Through updating new starters, holiday and leavers you will create a robust and effective rota management system using our online platform
