Solar O&m Assistant

**The Role of the Solar O&M Assistant**

Attending customers' sites, you will be maintaining various solar PV systems on a day-to-day basis. These (domestic and commercial) PV systems are mainly rooftop situated, however we also maintain a large portfolio of ground mounted PV systems. You will liaise directly with our Lead O&M technicians who are responsible for carrying out the site works.

Health and Safety also plays a significant part in this role with responsibilities including following company and site-specific method statements and risk assessments. Whilst ensuring all staff, sub-contractors and visitors are partaking in safe methods of working.
- Desire to obtain Licenses for plant machinery such as tele-handler, 360, IPAF
- Additionally, First Aid desirable (this can be gained through training)
- Willingness to learn and respect for more experienced staff
- You must have a full driving licence for this role.

**Salary**: £14,500.00 per year
