Plumbing Apprentice

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice or improver/plumbers mate to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in plumbing, or it would also suit someone who has a little knowledge in the plumbing industry and wants to improve their current skills or someone who has had previous experience and wants to get back into plumbing. As an Apprentice Plumber, you will assist in various plumbing tasks while gaining valuable knowledge and skills in the trade.

**Duties**
- Assist qualified plumber with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Learn to plumb, assemble, and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during installations and repairs.
- Support the team with basic maths calculations for measurements and material estimates.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge to understand plumbing systems and tools.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn
- Any previous experience is a plus
- A valid commercial driving licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn within the plumbing trade.
