Pinnacle Crew is currently looking to recruit hardworking individuals to join our dynamic, established and award-winning team. Experience in the Events Industry is desirable but not a necessity. The qualities we look for in potential crewmembers are, friendliness, a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and a dedication to be the best you can be on every job you do.

We have FULL TIME and PART TIME positions available for immediate starts.

Event crewing jobs are different every day. One day you may be unloading a truck, the next you could be setting up AV for a television show or even building a temporary structure for a festival One thing for certain in this job is that you see amazing venues and events from behind the scenes, it’s a demanding, but truly unique job.

**The Role of a Crew Member includes;**
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Building and dismantling stages and set
- Rigging/de-rigging sound, lighting, and AV equipment
- Installing and removing temporary flooring and barriers
- Building and breaking down of temporary seating structures
- Carrying and lifting items including furniture, set and scenery, and, AV equipment
- The constructing of temporary/semi-permanent structures, i.e. marquees
