Department: Client Services and Products
Work part-time both from beautiful Buttercups House and remotely from your own home for a market leading pharmacy services training provider as a Client Services and Products Pharmacy Registrant.

What we are looking for
The successful applicant will need to be a current registrant with the General Pharmaceutical Council, ideally with experience in secondary care. Previous experience supporting a Buttercups learner as a training or educational supervisor is also desirable.
Applicants must have previous experience providing service to customers, clients and/or patients. A high level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and the ability to retain new information quickly will be key attributes in the successful applicant. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will also be essential to the role. Applicants must be able to prioritise their workload and be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Good overall IT skills and proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite will be required.

What’s involved in this position
As a Client Services and Products Pharmacy Registrant, you will be expected to act as part of the Client Services Team and take responsibility for accurate, timely response and resolution to enquiries from our clients in the primary and secondary care sectors. You will work with a variety of people, including colleagues, managers and external clients. As part of your day-to-day role, you will be expected to:
- Engage with apprenticeship teams, educational supervisors and commissioners to support the training and development of learners
- Respond promptly to enquiries from clients and other teams within Buttercups
- Utilise professional knowledge and experience to provide guidance on practical and technical queries relating to training programmes
- Collate and understand employer feedback to implement updates and improvements to programme course materials, in line with regular review cycles
- Organise and attend external stakeholder meetings and events - you will be required to convey information from Buttercups Training to its stakeholders
- Prepare data (Excel) reports

Essential
- Current registrant with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Previous experience in secondary care
- Previous experience providing service to customers, clients and/or patients
- Ability to collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders relating to product development
- Based a commutable distance to Nottingham office - expected working minimum one day per week at Buttercups House
Desirable
- Previous experience supporting a Buttercups learner as a training or educational supervisor
- Previous experience working for/with commissioning bodies supporting healthcare training and development
- Previous experience writing and/or contributing to training course materials
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
